Our stay here was nice, nice place for exploring Merida. We had the double room provided with A/C. Location: the hotel was very close to the main square, the center and Plaza Grande. It also was to the bus terminal: D

The hotel with good-sized rooms, in a decent area, to the bus terminal. What a super-friendly and amicable staff! Comfortable beds, climate control, multi-channel television, and a refrigerator in the room. The view from the window to garden. Favourable location of the property with free parking.

Check-in was a breeze with friendly staff who even messaged us to confirm our arrival time. The standard double room was equipped with a working A/C and fridge. The private bathroom had clean towels and soap with decent hot water, even though the shower head was a bit wonky. The location was about a 20-minute walk from the city center, but conveniently had a few stores nearby and was peaceful at night. The surrounding neighborhood may have been a little run-down, but it felt safe with a locked entryway at night. The hotel was weed-friendly, which was a pleasant surprise. the hotel had a decent-sized common area and offered excellent service with helpful tips and suggestions from the owner. The basic room had all the necessary amenities, including a small fridge. The shared kitchen was also available, and the small common patio outside the rooms was a nice touch. The location was only a 15-minute walk from the central plaza in a local neighborhood, providing an authentic experience. The beds were extremely comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep.

The rooms were mind-blowingly amazing, with jaw-dropping cleanliness and spaciousness. AC and fridge were super convenient, along with daily cleaning and plenty of towels. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to the market and centro. Nearby stores provided all basic needs, and the supermarket was within walking distance. The Wi-Fi was ridiculously fast, even faster than my internet in the U.S. The friendly staff, including the cool front desk guy, ensured a pleasant stay. The hotel's traditional neighborhood was safe and secure, with a police station nearby. The shared kitchen facilities were top-notch. And let's not forget the delightful courtyard with beautiful flowers and plants, giving a true Mexican vibe. I can confidently recommend this place to anyone.
